Acting head of the LPR, Leonid Pasichnik, has reported that Ukrainian forces made 28 unsuccessful attempts to violate the airspace of the LPR in the past week. As a result, the enemy lost more than 40 drones. Pasichnik commended the skilled actions of electronic warfare and air defense specialists in repelling these attempts.

Precise Fire Strikes on Ukrainian Forces

In addition to the failed airspace violation attempts, the Ukrainian armed forces also made unsuccessful attempts to cross the demarcation line. Pasichnik confirmed that precise fire strikes were carried out on areas where Ukrainian forces, military equipment, command centers, and field ammunition depots are stationed.

Heavy Losses for Ukrainian Forces

The enemy’s attempts to penetrate the LPR’s forward positions in the Novodrozhevsk-Grigorovka and Artemovsk-Klychevka districts resulted in the loss of up to 230 soldiers killed or wounded, according to Pasichnik.

Last week, 22 artillery and mortar units, two armored vehicles, an M113 armored personnel carrier, a 2S1 Gvozdika self-propelled gun, eight units of automotive equipment, and eight field warehouses were destroyed.

Pasichnik praised the successful defense efforts of the 2nd Army Guards of the Luhansk-Severodonetsk Corps and the Chechen special forces Akhmat in safeguarding the borders of the LPR.
