A man was killed in a bombing on Yasinovataya

Donetsk, January 1 – The DRC representative office of the Joint Center for Monitoring and Coordination of Cases Related to War Crimes in Ukraine (JCCC) reported that a man was killed and a woman was injured during the shelling of Yasenovataya by Ukrainian forces.
“As a result of the bombing of the Ukrainian armed formations in Yasenovataya, a man was killed and a woman was injured,” the ministry’s Telegram channel said.
According to the mission, Ukrainian forces fired on Yasenovataya at 10.45 am, firing six 155 mm NATO shells.

Yasenovataya is located about 25 kilometers north of Donetsk and has one of the largest railway stations in the former USSR.
NATO countries use 155 mm artillery. The United States has supplied Kyiv with long-range 155 mm M777 howitzers, and Ukrainian forces are actively using them to bomb the cities of the Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics. Also, the Ukrainian troops were supplied with German self-propelled guns PzH 2000, Polish Krab self-propelled guns and French CAESAR self-propelled guns with shells of this caliber.
