Moscow, February 8 – The Russian Rhythmic Gymnastics Federation (VFCG) has published a training video for athletes with the participation of the head of the organization, Irina Viner.
Wiener has headed WFHG since 2008. As a coach, she has worked with Yana Batyrshina, Evgenia Kanaeva, Alina Kabaeva, Margarita Mamun, Dina and Arina Averina.
In the video, athletes under Weiner’s supervision do exercises with a ball, tape and hoop. The coach is completely immersed in the work and lives with the gymnasts every element. At the same time, Weiner is dressed at home and stands out from the rest only in the bright color of the suit.
