After an attack on an ambulance paramedic in the Saratov region opened the case

Saratov, January 6 – Investigators opened a criminal case in connection with the incident of an attack on an ambulance worker in the city of Balakovo, Saratov Region, the regional department of the RF IC reports.

Earlier, the investigation reported that, according to preliminary data, on Thursday, a drunk woman in her apartment on Zarechnaya Street in Balakovo used violence against an ambulance employee. The region’s Minister of Health, Oleg Kostin, indicated that the attacker hit the ambulance several times with the back of his head against the wall, and the injured person suffered a traumatic brain injury, a concussion, and a wound to the back of the head, which required hospitalization. The main office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs noted that, previously, in the paramedic’s apartment, there was a conflict with the patient’s 39-year-old wife. Chairman of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation Alexander Bastrykin ordered the opening of a criminal case.

“A criminal case was instituted on the use of violence against an ambulance paramedic on the grounds of a crime under Article 116 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation“ Battery ”… The investigator of the Investigative Committee is currently conducting investigations aimed at strengthening the evidence.

According to the investigation, the woman, who was drunk at her place of residence, with the motives of hooligans, used violence against an ambulance paramedic.
