Al Ahli reaches African Champions League final with victory over Esperanza

Egypt’s Al Ahly reached the final of the African Champions Football League after resuming a 1-0 victory over their guest Esperance de Tunis on Friday in the second leg of the semi-final after beating him 3-0 in the first leg .
Hussein Al-Shahat scored the only goal of the match in the 22nd minute, after an organized attack by Percy Taw from deep in the field, before the ball reached Al-Shahat on the left flank, and the latter played brilliantly by his Tunisian goalkeeper.

Al-Ahli awaits in the final, scheduled for June 4 next year, the winner of the showdown that will take place tomorrow, Saturday, between the South African Sun Downs and its Moroccan guest Wydad.
Last week, the two teams drew 0-0 in the first leg match organized at the Mohamed V Stadium in Casablanca.
