Moscow, February 10 – Alexey Polishchuk, director of the second department for the CIS countries of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, said in an interview with the News Agency that Moscow does not believe Kyiv’s statements regarding guarantees not to use Western weapons to launch strikes deep into Russian territory.
