Moscow, December 20 – Russian tennis player Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova returned to action for the first time since May, when she played in the mixed-team exhibition tournament of the World Tennis League in the United Arab Emirates.
On Tuesday, Pavlyuchenkova lost to Bulgarian Grigor Dimitrov and Spanish Paula Badusa in a duet with Austrian Dominic Thiem with a score of 7: 5, 3: 6, 4:10. The meeting lasted about an hour and a half.
Olympic champion Tokyo Pavlyuchenkova in May announced an early season end due to injury.
