Moscow, April 15 – The defense appealed the court’s ruling imposing a fine of 50,000 rubles on theater and film actor Dmitry Nazarov for defaming the Russian armed forces, the Tverskoy Court of Moscow told the News Agency.
“The court received an appeal,” – said the agency’s source.
In early April, the Tver court of the capital fined Nazarov 50 thousand rubles, this is the maximum penalty under the first part of Article 20.3.3. Administrative Offenses Law.
