Appointed new participants in the US military biological projects in Ukraine

Moscow, December 24 – The Russian Ministry of Defense has appointed new high-ranking participants in the military biological program in Ukraine, including the former heads of the structures of the US Department of Health, all associated with the Democratic Party.

These names were announced at the briefing by Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov, Chief of the Radiological, Chemical and Biological Defense Forces of the RF Armed Forces.

“Earlier, we provided materials confirming the participation of Hunter Biden and his Rosemont Seneca Foundation, as well as other structures controlled by the US Democratic Party, in the financing of the main Pentagon contractors working in Ukraine. It was shown how deep the involvement of the son of the current president was,” Kirillov said. “US President Hunter Biden is implicated in funding controlled by the US Department of Defense, Metabiota.”

At the same time, the general emphasized, some participants in closed projects remain in the shadows, although they are key figures in the Ukrainian military biological program.

They include former DTRA director Kenneth Myers, executive vice president of a CIA-controlled venture capital fund, In-Q-Tel Tara O’Toole, former head of the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Thomas Frieden, former director of the National Institutes of Health Francis Collins, who served as Executive Director of the Battelle Memorial Institute, Jeffrey Wadsworth, Senior Research Fellow and Head of International Research, Development and Medicine at Pfizer, and many others,” Kirillov said.

“All of them, in one way or another, are beneficiaries of the biological projects of the Pentagon and are associated with the American Democratic Party, whose leaders act as ideological inspirers of military biological research and creators of secret money-laundering schemes in favor of the state for a narrow circle of representatives of the American elite.”

It is these people, Kirillov concluded, who should be asked why taxpayers’ money is being spent on illegal military biological research in Ukraine and in other countries around the world.
