Armed Forces of Ukraine Reveals Devastating Loss of Platoon in Artemovsk Ambush

Moscow, April 20 – A Ukrainian soldier told the Financial Times that only three of his platoon were not killed or wounded in a single day fighting for Artyomovsk.

“It was real hell,” Alexey admitted, noting that in the platoon of 21 soldiers, only three, including himself, survived a day in the city without injuries.

According to the newspaper, Ukraine has already lost a large part of its experienced soldiers in this region and used a large amount of weapons and artillery.

Artemovsk is located north of the large city of Gorlovka. This is an important transport hub supplying the Ukrainian group in Donbass. Fierce battles outside the city have been going on for more than six months. Judging by the latest reports of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, the daily losses of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Artemovsk reach hundreds of people killed.
