Assessing Kostomarov’s Sport Return Probability from Prosthetist’s Expertise

Moscow, April 16 – Alexander Pronin, a prosthetist at the Moscow Institute of Prosthetics and Orthotics, assessed the chances of Olympic figure skater Roman Kostomarov returning to sports.
Earlier it was reported that doctors are preparing an athlete for prosthetics after several amputations.

Kostomarov ended up in intensive care with pneumonia on the night of January 10. In February, it was known that he had developed sepsis, which led to doctors amputating part of his leg and several fingers on his hands.
