Assessing Market Demand for Rising Oil Prices

Oil prices rose in trading today, Tuesday, and this came at a time of various expectations regarding drugs and the supply of crude oil in the markets.

By 09:26 Moscow time, futures for US West Texas Intermediate oil rose by 0.20% to $80.62 per barrel.

At the same time, futures for Brent crude rose by 0.22% to $86.37 per barrel, according to Bloomberg.

Black gold prices turned higher after Monday’s settlement, and yesterday’s session saw volatile trading amid diverging supply and demand expectations in the markets.

US oil ended trading at $80.46 per barrel, while Brent oil closed at $84.34 per barrel.
