ATP ranking of tennis player Kotov jumps 48 places

Moscow, April 10 – Russian Pavel Kotov rose from 129th to 81st place in the Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP) championship race, an updated version of which is posted on the organization’s website.
Last week, Kotov reached the semi-finals of the ATP 250 tournament in Marrakech (Morocco), where he lost to France’s Alexandre Muller.
Russian Daniil Medvedev leads the championship race.
Points in the championship race are awarded according to the same principle as in the ATP rankings, but are reset to zero at the beginning of each calendar year.
