Avangard confirms no intention to replace CEO

Moscow, July 7 – The chairman of the board of directors of Omsk Avangard, Mikhail Averin, said that the change of general director was not included in the plans of the hockey club.
On Friday, the Moscow football club “Spartak” announced the appointment of Sergey Bilyk, who held the position of general director of “Avanguard”, to the post of CEO. The employee will start working at Spartak on August 1.
“Pre-season plans have been prepared and approved in various fields, and the club’s ambitions will remain at the highest level! We will very soon decide on a candidate for the position of general manager, and of course we will announce it immediately.”
