Moscow, January 29 – The world light heavyweight champion according to the versions of the World Boxing Council (WBC), the World Boxing Organization (WBO) and the International Boxing Federation (IBF) of Russia Artur Petriev said that he was not completely satisfied with the fight against Briton Anthony Yard.
On Sunday Night, he defeated Peterbiev Yard to retain his titles. The fight took place in London at Wembley Stadium and ended in a technical knockout in the eighth round. According to the referee’s notes, at the time of stopping the fight, the 38-year-old Russian was significantly inferior on points: 65-68, 66-67, 67-66.
