Chechnya’s Kadyrov Reveals Visit to Moscow

Grozny, March 11 – The head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, said he was in Moscow. The corresponding video was posted on his assistant’s Instagram page*.
“I am again, again with my phone. And now in Moscow, in the capital of our country,” says Kadyrov’s voiceover.
In the video, Kadyrov shows a view of the snow-covered central part of the capital, including the monument to Peter I.
