Cold Labels Last KHL Season as ‘Torpedo’

Moscow, April 21 – At a press conference following the results of the 2022/23 season in the Continental Hockey League (KHL), the general director of the Nazny Novgorod Torpedo, Maxim Gavorov, said that the team was able to achieve its goals.

According to the results of the regular season of the championship, Torpedo (90 points), led by Igor Larionov, took fourth place in the standings of the Western Conference. In the first round of the playoffs, Nizhny Novgorod beat Dynamo Moscow (4-2), and in the second round they lost in the series to St. Petersburg SKA (0-4).
