The criminal case was sent to the Public Prosecutor for approval of the indictment and subsequent transfer to court. The investigation shows that the damages from the defendant’s actions exceeded 16.3 million rubles.
According to SUSK, also due to the quarterly bonuses illegally received by the defendant and the increased monthly bonuses, he initially received a monthly supplement to the old-age life insurance pension of 289 thousand rubles more than he was entitled to. At the stage of preliminary investigation, it is reduced.
