Criminal Case Opened in Barnaul for Offense Involving a Minor

Kemerovo, June 1 – A criminal case has been initiated in Barnaul due to an obscene dance of a man with a minor in a nightclub, the News Agency told the Investigative Committee of the Investigative Committee of the Altai Territory.

A video clip circulated on social media showed an obscene dance between a girl and a man who turned out to be a minor. According to the Baza telegram channel, the ceremony took place at the end of March.

“The Investigative Committee of the Investigative Committee of the Altai Territory is investigating a criminal case on this fact on the basis of an offense under Article 135 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (indecent acts),” the ministry said.
