Cuba condemns the decision of the United States to grant asylum to the kidnappers

Mexico City, March 1 – The Cuban government vehemently protested the actions of the American authorities, who granted asylum to a Cuban who hijacked an An-2 plane bound for the United States.

The agency indicated that the United States encourages and allows air piracy in order to destabilize the situation on the island, despite the negative consequences of such incidents, and that the US government and the judicial system in practice have become accomplices and accomplices in piracy and hijacking.
