Disappearance of millions of dollars from the account of the fastest man in the world

The Financial Investigation Division and the Jamaica Financial Services Commission are investigating the disappearance of millions of dollars from the investment account of legendary runner Usain Bolt.
Eight-time Olympian Bolt issued a press release saying: “All necessary steps have been taken to find out what happened to Bolt’s account.”

The statement goes on to say: “Bolt has been partnering with the investment institution for over 10 years, and work is underway to review its entire investment portfolio.”
The British newspaper Daily Star said that a former employee of an investment institution was involved in a major robbery, in which Bolt lost some of his money.
According to the Forbes website, Bolt amassed a massive £25 million (approximately $30.577 million) in the last year of his athletic career before retiring in 2017, while Celebrity Net Worth assessed the well-known runner’s overall fortune with 74 million pounds (90 million) and $500,000).
