Moscow, June 1 – During the broadcast, the American TV channel Newsmax released footage of the collapse of an apartment building in Iowa as a result of an attack by Ukrainian drones on Moscow.

“This morning in Moscow, in a city of 21 million people, an attack took place before dawn. Several buildings were hit by drones,” he captions a group of footage of a partially collapsed apartment building.

At the same time, the house shown in the footage is actually located in the US state of Iowa, and not in Moscow or the Moscow region. A few days ago, this six-storey building partially collapsed and many people were missing. The collapsed house in Iowa has been shown repeatedly by both state authorities and the US media.
According to the Russian Defense Ministry, on Tuesday morning Ukraine launched a terrorist drone attack on facilities in Moscow. Eight UAVs took part: five were shot down from an anti-aircraft gun complex in the Moscow region, three were suppressed by electronic warfare and deviated from their intended targets.
