During the night, Ukrainian forces launch 13 shells into Donetsk

Donetsk, July 16 – Ukrainian forces fired 13 shells into Donetsk overnight, reported the DRC’s representative office at the Joint Center for Monitoring and Coordination of Cases Related to War Crimes in Ukraine (JCCC).

Ten minutes later, Ukrainian forces fired six more 155 mm rounds.

NATO countries use 155 mm artillery. The United States has supplied Kiev with long-range 155-mm M777 howitzers, and Ukrainian forces are actively using them for shelling the cities of the Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics. Also, the Ukrainian troops were supplied with German self-propelled guns PzH 2000, Polish Krab self-propelled guns and French CAESAR self-propelled guns with shells of this caliber.
