The Egyptian Ministry of Health and Population, in a post on its official social media page, issued warnings while consuming suhoor.
The Ministry of Health and Population stated that “there are foods that give a feeling of satiety and satiety for a long time, namely legumes, the most famous of which are horse beans, milk and its products such as yogurt, cheese and eggs. .”

The Ministry of Health and Population has stressed the importance of drinking plenty of water and fresh juices while avoiding tea and coffee to avoid feeling dehydrated and exhausted during fasting hours.
The Ministry of Health and Population emphasized “the importance of avoiding fried foods, sweets, pickles and nuts during suhoor because they cause thirst and dehydration during fasting”, noting the importance of delaying suhoor until just before dawn.
