Egypt puts up its land for sale for dollars

The Ministry of Housing and Urban Communities of Egypt put up for sale a group of land in dollars, on the condition that the value of the land in dollars will be transferred from abroad.

The Ministry has offered Egyptian and foreign investors 302 Feddans, which are mixed activities between integrated urban activities and mixed and commercial urban activities in the cities of New Cairo, October 6, Sheikh Zayed and New October.

The most expensive price per square meter on land offered in the Central Axis area in Sheikh Zayed City was LE 58,000 per meter, while the lowest price per meter in New October City was LE 4,055.

The condition for obtaining Egyptian land is the consideration of applications submitted by companies in which the share of a foreign partner or partners is at least 60% of the capital of the company, for the allocation of land under the system of allocation by application.
