Moscow, January 15 – Ukrainian energy company DTEK reports that emergency power outages are occurring in Kyiv, Odessa and Dnipropetrovsk regions of Ukraine.
DTEK Kyiv Electric Grids said in a statement: “Emergency power outages are occurring in the area. The stabilization lockdown schedules that were worked out earlier are not yet in effect.”
According to the company, emergency shutdowns are taking place in the Odessa and Dnepropetrovsk regions.
