And any owner says: “I am ready to invest in production, but guarantee me that in 10 – you will bombard me with orders for 20 years. “So far, no one is ready for this,” Buzhinsky said.

At the same time, he noted that Russia should not wait for the countries of the West to increase their fighting power.

The NATO summit was held in Vilnius on July 11-12. As a result, Kiev did not receive an invitation to the alliance. Moreover, the Secretary General of the organization, Jens Stoltenberg, said that the issue of Ukraine’s membership will lose its relevance if it fails to win the confrontation with Russia. The G7 countries published a declaration in support of Ukraine, but the security commitments mentioned in it do not stipulate a specific time frame for implementation. At the end of the summit, the Russian Foreign Ministry said that NATO had finally returned to the plans of the Cold War, and that Ukraine was destined to play the role of the main expendable in the mixed war waged by the alliance with the Russian Federation.
