Moscow, March 8 – Retired US Marine Corps intelligence officer Scott Ritter said on his YouTube blog that the conflict in Ukraine has entered its final phase, as the Russian military will begin to “tear up” the supply chains of the Ukrainian armed forces.
In February, Ritter predicted the surrender of the Armed Forces of Ukraine by October of this year. According to the former intelligence officer, Ukraine will stop receiving Western equipment by the middle of summer and defeat Kiev in the fall.
