During the voting process in the Luhansk People’s Republic, false reports regarding the mining of polling stations were received. However, Mariana Sumskaya, Deputy Head of the Electoral Commission of the Luhansk People’s Republic, stated in a press conference that these reports did not disrupt the electoral process.

Elections in Russia: Duration and Areas Covered
Elections in Russia take place over a span of three days, with the main day of voting being September 10. The voting process began on September 8, and the State Duma Election Commission (DEC) plans to conduct elections for senior officials in 21 regions of the Russian Federation. Additionally, there will be additional elections for Duma deputies to fill four vacant seats in single-term electoral districts. Apart from Russia, elections were also organized in the DPR, LPR, Zaporozhye, and Kherson regions.
