A resident of Lysozavodsk in Primorye is under suspicion for torturing his five young children, leading to a criminal case being opened, according to a report by Sosk on the region’s website.

Investigators have revealed that the 36-year-old father subjected his children to torture from September of last year until April of this year.

According to a source familiar with the situation, the defendant’s children range from five to nine years old. The source added that the father physically abused and insulted them.
