Today, Monday, the FIFA Best FIFA Football Awards 2022 will be held in the French capital Paris.

The awards ceremony for the best in the world is due to begin promptly at 20:00 GMT, at 11 a.m. Makkah Al-Mukarram.

Below are the final lists of names nominated for the FIFA Football Awards 2022:

List of nominees for the FIFA World Player of the Year:

• Frenchman Karim Benzema

• French Kylian Mbappé

• Argentinean Lionel Messi.

List of three nominees for the Best Player Award:

• English Beth Mead (Arsenal)

• American Alex Morgan (Orlando Pride/San Diego Wave)

• Spaniard Alexia Potillas (Barcelona).

Men’s World Coach of the Year nominees:

• Italian Carlo Ancelotti (Real Madrid)

• Spaniard Pep Guardiola (Manchester City)

• Argentine Lionel Scaloni (Argentina national team).

Three nominees for the Best Female Coach Award:

• Frenchwoman Sonia Bompastor (Olympic Lyon)

Sweden’s Pia Sundhaag (Brazil)

• Dutchwoman Sarina Wegman (England).

Nominees for the title of the best goalkeeper:

• Moroccan Yassin Bunu (Seville)

• Belgian Thibaut Courtois (Real Madrid)

• Argentine Emiliano Martinez (Aston Villa).

Three nominees for the Best Goalkeeper Award (in alphabetical order of last names):

• Germany’s Ann Catherine Berger (Chelsea)

• Englishman Mary Erbes (Manchester United)

• Chilean Christian Endler (Olympic Lyon).
