OMSK, March 14 – On Tuesday, the regional prosecutor’s office said that a piece of ice fell on the head of a fifth-grader of a school in Omsk.

The incident occurred the day before: a layer of snow fell on the head of an 11-year-old boy from the roof of secondary school No. 133 on the avenue of the XIX Party Congress in Omsk. “The child was taken to the hospital,” the statement said.
