Moscow, April 20 – President of the Russian Ski Racing Federation (FLGR) Elena Vyalp suggested what the return of Russian athletes to the international arena would be like.
On March 28, the IOC recommended that international federations allow Russians who did not support the special operation as neutral athletes to start. At the same time, the organization proposed to reject athletes associated with the armed forces and security agencies. It was also decided that the national teams of Russia and Belarus should not be considered participants in international tournaments.
