France welcomes Grachev to represent them in the WTA

MOSCOW, June 26 – The Women’s Tennis Association (WTA) announced on its official website that Russian tennis player Varvara Gracheva represents France.
At the end of March, Gracheva announced her decision to change her nationality to French and her willingness to represent France in international competitions. In early June, the tennis player’s agent announced that she had obtained French citizenship.

At 22 years old, Gracheva is the 43rd racket of the world. Earlier, the player confirmed that her decision to change nationality had nothing to do with SVO.
