Garcia emerges victorious in the second round of Wimbledon

Moscow, July 6 – France’s Caroline Garcia has reached the third round of the Wimbledon Championships, which is being played on the grass courts of the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club in London.
In the match of the second round, Garcia (fifth seed) defeated Canadian Laila Fernandez in three sets with a score of 3: 6, 6: 4, 7: 6 (10: 6). The meeting lasted 2 hours and 31 minutes.
Garcia will compete with Czech Maria Bouzkova (32) to reach the fourth round of the third Grand Slam this season.
