Gavrikov Leads LA to Victory Against Islanders With Two Assistants

Moscow, March 15 – The Los Angeles Kings defeated the New York Islanders in the National Hockey League (NHL) regular season.

The meeting in Los Angeles ended with a score of 5: 2 (0: 1, 4: 1, 1: 0). Among the winners were Blake Lizotte (22′), Drew Doughty (27′), Alex Ivalo (28′), Trevor Moore (33′) and Quinton Byfield (60′). Pierre Engvall (12) and Jean-Gabriel Bagaud (38) scored for the Islanders.

Defender of the Russian “Los Angeles” Vladislav Gavrikov made two assists. Lyles goalkeeper Ilya Sorokin saved 32 of 36 shots.

“Los Angeles” (87 points, 68 matches) is in second place in the Pacific Division standings. The Islanders (76 points, 69 games) are fifth in the Capital Division.
