Ambassador of the Sultanate of Oman to Egypt Abdullah bin Nasser Al-Rahbi witnessed the signing of an agreement between Oman Oil Marketing Company and Alexandria Petroleum Additives Company “Acpa” on the transit of Omani products to Africa.

According to a statement from the Omani Embassy in Cairo, a memorandum of understanding was signed with Misr Petroleum regarding the production and supply of oils and lubricants of the Oman Oil brand.

The signing ceremony took place in the presence of engineer Tariq Al-Mulla, Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources of Egypt, and CEO of the Oman Oil Company, Muhammad Al-Junaidi.

The agreement, which was signed by chemist Hisham Riyadh, head of ACBA, with Mr. Tariq Al Junaidi, head of the Omani company, is in line with Oman Oil Marketing Company’s interest in the Egyptian market as a gateway to Africa. .

This agreement also aims to export and distribute Oman Oil Company products inside and outside the Egyptian market at a rate of approximately 1,500 tons per year.
