An online calculator can help people estimate life expectancy.

Using a person’s age, height, weight, genetic risk factors for disease, and other life factors such as education, marital status, income, and fitness habits, the calculator estimates how long a person will live.

The test, developed by Blueprint Income, uses 400,000 samples taken from the National Institutes of Health.

A similar online CardioSecur test can determine the risk of a heart attack or stroke in the next 10 years.

Many factors can affect a person’s life expectancy. The average American now lives to an average of 76.4 years, a steep decline caused by the Covid pandemic.

While some of these factors are obvious, such as a person’s diet and exercise habits, smoking, or having a medical condition such as diabetes or heart disease, others may not be so obvious.

Education plays an important role in life expectancy. A 2021 study from Princeton University found that college-educated people live ten years longer, on average.

They point out that this trend really began in the 1990s, when worker education became a barrier to stable, high-paying white-collar jobs.

This is because income is another important factor in life expectancy.

And a 2016 Harvard study found that the richest 1% live, on average, about 15 years longer than the poorest 1%.

This disparity arises because wealthier people have access to better quality food and medicine, are less likely to develop chronic diseases, and often spend more time relaxing than their peers.

Marriage can also play an amazing role in a person’s longevity.

The study found that, in particular, married men have a 15% lower risk of dying from all causes each year than single men.

This is because they generally have a higher level of satisfaction with their lives, which is another factor associated with a long and healthy life.

Although it is not clear whether women receive significant benefits from marriage in their lives.

Other factors that the Blueprint Calculator takes into account include smoking and drinking habits, whether a person has diabetes, and how often they exercise per week.

Scientists have found that short daily exercise can improve brain health and prevent conditions like Alzheimer’s.
