Recognizing the need for a sustainable solution, researchers decided to extract the pulp of the cherry seeds and dry them in an oven. These dried seeds were then ground into a powder, from which valuable substances were extracted.

Scientists have discovered that cherry pit extract is a rich source of antioxidants and polyphenols. Antioxidants are molecules that combat oxidative processes in the body, repairing and neutralizing damage caused by free radicals.
