Krasnoyarsk, February 20 – In Krasnoyarsk, a man was detained on suspicion of indecent actions in front of a 12-year-old girl, the regional head office of the Investigative Committee reports.

The department explained that a 12-year-old girl who was returning from school was followed on Wednesday by an unfamiliar man who entered the balcony and committed indecent acts in front of her, then disappeared after that.

“In Krasnoyarsk, a suspect of indecent actions against a minor girl was detained,” the report says.

Investigators indicated that the suspect was identified and detained while dealing with the Krasnoyarsk police. The suspect was a 19-year-old from Krasnoyarsk. During interrogation, he confessed to the crime. The issue of his arrest is being decided at the moment.
