Nalchik, January 31 – The regional health ministry reports that doctors of the Republican Hospital in Kabardino-Balkaria saved the life of a girl who was seriously injured after she fell from the fifth floor of a shopping center.
According to the ministry, about three months ago, a girl fell from a veranda located on the fifth floor of a shopping center in Nalchik. She was taken to the Republican Clinical Hospital with severe injuries in traumatic shock. The victim was diagnosed with a fracture of the vault and base of the skull, a closed chest injury, a rib fracture, compression comminuted fractures of the thoracic vertebrae with displacement, a contusion of the lungs, and a comminuted fracture of the pelvic bones.
