Irkutsk, January 10 – More than 460 homes in the village of Mama in the north of the Irkutsk region remain without electricity due to power outages, reports GUMCHS in the region.
The Ministry of Emergency Situations received a message about an emergency power outage in Mama’s village at 07.30 (02.30 Moscow time).
The report says: “463 private residential buildings, in which there are 2,747 people and 651 children, eight objects of social importance, have been closed.”
