St. Petersburg, February 16 – In the city of Vsevolozhsk, Leningrad Region, an emergency power outage occurred, the regional administration reported.
As indicated by the Committee of the Fuel and Energy Complex of the Leningrad Region, an emergency shutdown occurred in Vsevolozhsk of the 10 kV cable line extending from the 110 kV substation 525 Ilenka.

“Currently, the emergency team is shifting loads to the back-up power supply scheme,” the commission said.
He adds that emergency work is already underway, electricity has appeared in most facilities, and they plan to complete the work by 19:00.
