Earlier this season, Juventus were already stripped of 15 points in the Italian championship standings for artificially inflating transfer amounts in order to increase capital gains for the club. A number of club officials have been suspended from football. Juventus have lodged an appeal, which will be heard on April 19.
If Juventus is found guilty in the new case, the club could face a new deprivation of points.
