Moscow, April 12 – The Italian Football Federation (FIGC) Public Prosecutor’s Office has informed Juventus of the completion of the investigation against the club in a new financial fraud case, according to the official Torintsi website.
Juventus’ so-called “salary, partnership and agency maneuvers” are under investigation. Juventus will now be able to access the documents and draft their defence. The club has two weeks to do so.
According to ANSA, the FIFA Public Prosecutor’s Office will also try to bring cases against clubs Atalanta, Bologna, Cagliari, Sampdoria, Sassuolo and Udinese, who allegedly entered into “partnership agreements” with Juventus in the transfer market.

Earlier this season, Juventus were already stripped of 15 points in the Italian championship standings for artificially inflating transfer amounts in order to increase capital gains for the club. A number of club officials have been suspended from football. Juventus have lodged an appeal, which will be heard on April 19.
If Juventus is found guilty in the new case, the club could face a new deprivation of points.
