Karim Benzema’s Availability for Real Madrid’s Upcoming Matches with Espanyol and Liverpool

There are doubts about French striker Karim Benzema’s involvement with Real Madrid against his guest Espanyol on Saturday in the Spanish Football League following his absence from training on Thursday.

According to Spanish reports, Benzema did not train with his colleagues this week due to ankle problems.

A Real Madrid source told Agence France Presse that the French striker’s participation in the match against Espanyol is linked to the possibility of his participation in training tomorrow, Friday or not, adding that Benzema has been training alone during the current week.

Reports have confirmed that Benzema has no qualms about facing Liverpool next Wednesday in Madrid in the second leg of the Champions League final price after a 5-2 victory royal at Anfield Stadium in the first leg.

This season, Benzema has suffered many injuries and missed the French team for the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.
