Kenya and Iran’s Table-Turning Showdown

The Iranian national team scored from behind, scoring a goal against the Kenyan guest to defeat him (2:1) in an international friendly football match that brought them together today, Tuesday, at the Azdi Stadium in the capital Tehran.

Kenyan striker Michael Olonga put his country ahead with a goal in the 51st minute and the hosts responded by scoring two consecutive goals by each player, Mohamed Mohibi and Ramin Rezayan in two minutes (76, 85) respectively.

The Iranian national team played a draw with their Russian guest (1:1) in a friendly international match that gathered them tonight, last Thursday, at the Azdi stadium in the capital Tehran.
