Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has confirmed that he will talk to Mohamed Salah to decide if the Egyptian star will still be the team’s first penalty taker after missing a penalty during the match against Arsenal.

Salah missed the opportunity to score a second successive penalty with Liverpool after missing a penalty during the team’s match against Bournemouth almost a month ago.

Note that the Egyptian star scored 29 penalties and missed only five, while he was able to convert another 24, which he scored into the net.

Liverpool squandered an opportunity to beat Arsenal as the two teams’ meeting ended in a positive draw with two goals for the same on matchday 30 of the English Premier League at Anfield.

And Klopp admitted to the media that he would talk to Salah about the penalty after the match, as he said: “We will talk about it, but not here.”

Press reports indicated that if Al-Masri ceased to be the first penalty taker, Klopp had other options, starting with Jordan Henderson and Fabinho.

It is noteworthy that Salah this season scored 13 goals in the English Premier League.
