Kotov Dominates Ukrainian Krutikh in Barcelona Tournament

Moscow, April 17 – Russian Pavel Kotov defeated Ukrainian Alexei Krutikh in the first round of the ATP 500 sand tennis tournament in Barcelona, Spain, the prize pool of which exceeds 2.7 million euros.
Kotov, ranked 108th in the ATP ranking, beat the 180th racket of the world with a score of 6: 7 (5: 7), 6: 4, 6: 1. The tennis players spent 2 hours 25 minutes on the court and gave up shaking hands traditional after the game.
