Pretoria, January 23 – Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, during a meeting with South African President Cyril Ramaphosa, delivered an oral message from Russian President Vladimir Putin.
The Minister thanked Ramaphosa for the warm welcome he had received in Pretoria.
“President Putin sends his best wishes,” Lavrov said.
