MOSCOW, June 20 – Mikhail Ulyanov, Russia’s permanent representative to international organizations in Vienna, said it was ironic that German Leopard tanks would soon be proposed in the Red Book, because the Russian army is destroying them.
“I hope that they will fail the trick with the Kakhovskaya hydroelectric power station and the attacks in Kherson and Zaporozhye. The German Panthers will soon be proposed to be included in the Red Book, because the Russians are destroying them,” said Ulyanov.
Commenting on the bombing of the Kakhovskaya hydroelectric power station, he expressed confidence that the leadership of the General Staff of the RF Armed Forces “calculates everything for many (steps – ed.) in the future.”

Ulyanov said: “We talked about the possibility of an explosion in Kakhovka a year ago, and it was not in vain that we withdrew our units from Kherson on time. Apparently, after all, our command foresees everything and knows everything.”
